There are garments I find while traveling that, for some reason, stay with me. Pieces with a distinct local identity that, once I return home, become a living memory of the places and moments I experienced.
I wear them, live with them, and sometimes they become the starting point for a new garment — through a particular detail, a proportion, a volume, a construction method, or a way of wearing it. Other times, they simply remain with me.
Over the years, this personal archaeology has become a collection of garments that speak of the places I’ve been and the moments I’ve lived.
